The invention discloses a preparation method of 2,3, 6-trichloropyridine. The invention provides a preparation method of 2,3, 6-trichloropyridine, which comprises the following steps: under the irradiation of ultraviolet rays, pyridine and chlorine gas are subjected to chlorination reaction in a continuous flow reactor in the presence of water to obtain 2,3, 6-trichloropyridine; wherein the wavelength of the ultraviolet ray is 300-420nm, and the irradiation intensity of the ultraviolet ray is 100-5000mW/cm 2 . The preparation method can obtain high-purity 2,3, 6-trichloropyridine with high yield. |
