The invention provides a gastrointestinal tract helicobacter pylori diagnosis and treatment system, which comprises a capsule endoscope and a targeting probe which is matched with the capsule endoscope for use and can specifically identify helicobacter pylori, wherein the capsule endoscope is provided with a near infrared light source module, an in-vivo position control module and an in-vitro image receiving module, the position and the lens direction of the capsule endoscope are controlled by the position control module, and images collected by the capsule endoscope are wirelessly transmitted to the in-vitro image receiving module to analyze, judge and process the images; the targeted probe capable of specifically recognizing the helicobacter pylori at least comprises one or any combination of a urease antibody and an antibody of the CagA antibody targeting the helicobacter pylori, and at least one or any combination of functional substances such as a molecular contrast agent, a light-absorbing and heat-generating substance and the like is coupled on the antibody. The probe can specifically identify and adsorb helicobacter pylori in gastrointestinal tract, and a new system for targeted imaging detection and treatment is realized. |
