titleOfInvention A method for reconstructing migratory bird trajectories based on adaptive bandwidth
abstract The invention discloses a method for reconstructing migratory birds' migratory tracks based on adaptive bandwidth. Some migratory birds are so small that individual tracking methods cannot be implemented. In order to facilitate the establishment of an effective research and protection mechanism for these migratory birds, the present invention intends to reconstruct the population trajectory of the birds during the entire migration cycle by using the bird watching information list based on the eBird citizen data platform. First, the missing values in the bird watching information are filled by linear interpolation; then the abnormal data points are cleaned and eliminated; on this basis, the improved adaptive bandwidth Mean-shift clustering algorithm is used to cluster the daily bird watching data. Finally, the traversal algorithm based on the minimum cost is used to classify the daily clustering results, and the generalized additive model is used to achieve nonlinear fitting. The invention has important scientific significance and application value for trajectory reconstruction of small migratory birds lacking accurate tracking data in the migration cycle, and further provides scientific support for targeted migratory bird protection activities and construction of protected areas.
