titleOfInvention Device and method for automatically measuring ion content in water samples such as formation water
abstract The invention relates to a device and a method for automatically measuring the ion content in water samples such as formation water, and the like, wherein the device comprises a measuring pool, a measuring and controlling mechanism connected with the measuring pool, and a standard solution supplying mechanism connected with the measuring pool and the measuring and controlling mechanism, wherein the measuring pool is connected with a sample water supplying pipe to be measured, a deionized water supplying pipe, a standard hydrochloric acid solution supplying pipe and an ORP electrode; the measurement and control mechanism comprises a main board, a signal board and a control board, wherein the signal board and the control board are connected with the main board, and the signal board is connected with the ORP electrode. The method adopts the ORP electrode, identifies the end point through the change of ORP oxidation-reduction potential in the titration process, replaces manual judgment of the color change end point in titration, and replaces a pH titration method for judging the end point through the pH reaching a preset value, so that the measurement accuracy and consistency are good.
