abstract | The application of a novel recombinase in synthesizing fructose derivatives containing α-(1,4) glycosidic bonds belongs to the field of enzyme engineering. The sequence identity of the novel recombinase and tlr2389 protein in UniProt is ≥60%. At a temperature of 0-120°C, the novel recombinase, fructose or a compound containing fructose, ADP-glucose or UDP-glucose are reacted at pH 1-14, and the novel recombinase catalyzes the reaction on ADP-glucose or UDP-glucose. Glucose is transferred to the fructose carbon 4 position or the fructose group carbon 4 position of the fructose-containing compound in the form of an α bond to form an α-(1,4) glycosidic bond to form a fructose derivative or a fructose-containing compound derivative. The novel recombinase can extensively modify fructose or compounds containing fructose, and the catalytic product can be used for preparing medicines, foods, industrial supplies and the like. |
