The present invention relates to a method and genetic engineering bacteria for improving rhamnolipid production, which can improve rhamnolipid production by inhibiting the expression of mexT gene in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The experiments of the present application prove that compared with Pseudomonas aeruginosa as the starting bacteria, the rhamnolipid synthesis ability of the recombinant Pseudomonas aeruginosa whose mexT transcription is inhibited is significantly improved. |
