abstract |
The present invention relates to a preparation method of copolycarbonate with improved properties, copolycarbonate and application thereof. The copolycarbonate comprising structural units of general formula (I) is prepared by using BPTMC and BPA as raw materials. BPTMC contains 1-5000 ppm of bisphenol of formula (II) structure. The copolycarbonate of the method of the invention can effectively reduce the impurity content in the molded product by controlling the amount of hydrogen chloride catalyst in the raw material synthesis process, and avoid the thermal degradation or thermal degradation of the polycarbonate induced by the phenolic monomer when the product is exposed to a high temperature load. Oxygen degradation enables optimization of the mechanical, thermal and optical properties of the polycarbonate. |
