According to the invention, by reasonably controlling the types and the proportion of the auxiliary agent and the mineral powder, the bonding strength and the temperature stability of the asphalt concrete can be obviously improved, and the waste plastic fibers are added into the concrete component, so that on one hand, the environmental pollution caused by waste plastics is solved, and on the other hand, the bonding performance among the asphalt concrete components can be effectively improved by adding the waste plastic fibers into the concrete component, so that the asphalt concrete has stronger deformation resistance, and the high and low temperature resistance of the asphalt concrete is improved; the mechanical property of the asphalt concrete can be obviously improved by controlling the mass ratio of the asphalt, the auxiliary agent and the plastic fiber.
