titleOfInvention A kind of preparation method of icariin functionalized nanometer selenium
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of functionalized nano-selenium, and the invention discloses a preparation method of icariin-functionalized nano-selenium. The icariin-functionalized nano-selenium comprises the following raw materials in a prescribed proportion : reducing agent, drug solution, reaction solution and selenium source; ascorbic acid is used as reducing agent, sodium selenite is used as selenium source, icariin is used as drug solution, and the reaction solution is a mixed solvent of ethanol and water containing stabilizer. The present invention proposes for the first time that a mixed solution of icariin and sodium selenite is reacted with ascorbic acid as a reducing agent to generate icariin-functionalized nano-selenium particles. The reaction conditions are mild, and a stabilizer is added to stabilize the generated nano-selenium particles. , the prepared nano-selenium particles are uniform in size, and the whole preparation conditions are simple, mild, low-cost, safe and environmentally friendly, which improves the application range of nano-selenium in the field of biomedicine.
