titleOfInvention Tissue culture and rapid propagation method of Aconitum carmichaeli Debx and application thereof
abstract The application relates to the technical field of plant propagation, in particular to a tissue culture and rapid propagation method of aconitum kaempferi, which comprises the following steps: (1) obtaining seeds of aconitum kamtschaticum; (2) sterilizing the seeds; (3) inoculating the disinfected seeds to an initial culture medium, and performing start culture to obtain a first sterile seedling; (4) intercepting the middle section of the first aseptic seedling, inoculating the middle section to a differentiation culture medium, and performing differentiation culture under the illumination condition, wherein the culture temperature is 20 +/-2 ℃, so as to obtain a second aseptic seedling with axillary buds; (5) and inoculating the second aseptic seedling to a rooting culture medium, and culturing under the condition of alternating illumination and no illumination to obtain the Aconitum carmichaeli plant containing the root system. The method can realize rapid propagation of Aconitum carmichaeli Debx.
