abstract The present invention provides a method and system for transmitting in a wireless network based on priority status. The user equipment may receive the first signal including the indicator. The UE may determine the priority status of the second signal based on the priority indicator. The UE may transmit the second signal with one or more radio access networks (RANs) of the network, wherein the timeline of the second signal may be out of order with respect to other signals transmitted by the UE and the wireless network. The second signal may include data transmitted by an Ultra Reliable Low Latency Communication (URLLC) service. The UE may transmit the second signal out-of-order relative to one or more additional signals. Based on the indicator, the UE may transmit Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) feedback prior to the HARQ feedback timeline for non-emergency transmissions.
