The catalyst uses nitrogen-sulfur co-doped mesoporous carbon as A matrix with nano-scale cobalt disulfide particles supported in situ inside. The catalyst material (CoS2/NSC-MC) uses cobalt acetate, 2-methylimidazole and β-cyclodextrin as raw materials to prepare its ethanol or aqueous solution, add pitch and SBA-15, grind, dry, and forge at high temperature calcined, using NaOH solution to remove the template and then mixing with sublimated sulfur uniformly, and heat treatment at high temperature to obtain the catalyst material. The preparation process of the invention is simple, the material structure is unique, the prepared catalyst can be used for the cathode of the zinc-air battery, and the efficient catalysis of the oxygen electrode reaction is realized. |
