The solution is a wavelength conversion member (30) comprising: a wavelength conversion material, and a translucent member (4) on which the wavelength conversion material is arranged on one surface, the wavelength conversion material being a resin (10), a phosphor (9) , and a filler (20) mixed, the resin (10) is 100 parts by mass, the content of the phosphor (9) is 165 parts by mass or more and 400 parts by mass or less, and the median particle size is 10 μm or more and 30 μm or less, the resin (10) is 100 parts by mass, the content of the filler (20) is 5 parts by mass or more and 90 parts by mass or less, and the median particle diameter is 5 μm or more and 40 μm or less. The mixing volume ratio of the phosphor (9) and the filler (20) with respect to the resin (10) is 0.5 or more and 1.0 or less.
