The invention relates to an ELISA kit for detecting AFP-L3 for early diagnosis of liver cancer and a detection method, wherein the kit comprises an AFP-L3 standard substance, an ELISA plate coated by an AFP monoclonal antibody, biotin-labeled collectins of nerchinospermum aurantiacum, streptavidin-labeled horse radish peroxidase (SA-HRP), diluent, washing liquid, confining liquid, TMB color development liquid and stop buffer. The detection method by adopting the kit comprises the following steps: adding a sample to be detected into an enzyme label plate coated by an AFP monoclonal antibody, then adding biotin-labeled collectins of the nerchinospermum aurantiacum, and then adding streptavidin-labeled horse radish peroxidase; then adding color developing solution, finally adding stopping solution to stop reaction, and measuring the absorbance value by adopting an enzyme-linked detector. The kit disclosed by the invention directly uses the agglutinin to replace a secondary antibody to detect the AFP-L3, so that the detection of the AFP-L3 is simpler, more convenient and quicker. |
