The testing method comprises the eight steps of placing a hydrocarbon source rock test article, cleaning a pipeline, vacuumizing, modulating a system, evolving and extracting, circularly extracting, analyzing and detecting, testing and checking and the like. The invention can fully consider how the bacteria influence the generation and consumption of the organic acid in the pyrolysis experiment, improve the precision of the test result, improve the truth of the test result and the actual geological condition, and provide scientific and accurate reference and control basis for the prediction of the pyrolysis rule of the organic acid.
