titleOfInvention | A UV/moisture dual-curing polyurethane hot-melt adhesive with high initial tack and excellent drop resistance and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a UV/moisture dual-curing polyurethane hot-melt adhesive with high initial tack and excellent drop resistance, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of polyurethane hot-melt adhesives. Including the following components by weight percentage: 15-18 parts of 4,4`-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 12-20 parts of crystalline polyester diol, 7-13 parts of semi-crystalline polyester diol, 30-45 parts of flexible polyether glycol, 2-6 parts of EVA rubber, 10-15 parts of acrylic resin, 0.8-1.8 parts of hydroxy acrylate, 0.8-1.5 parts of photoinitiator, 0.2-0.4 parts of catalyst, antioxidant 0.1-0.2 part, stabilizer 0.01-0.02 part. The invention combines UV light curing and moisture curing, adds rubber and acrylic resin, and realizes high initial tack and excellent drop resistance. The UV/moisture dual-curing polyurethane hot-melt adhesive of the present invention can be applied to the bonding of consumer electronic products such as mobile phones. |
