titleOfInvention | A kind of conductive silicone elastomer based on MXene and its preparation method and application |
abstract | The invention relates to a conductive silicone elastomer based on MXene, a preparation method and application thereof. Through the dehydration reaction of amino group and carboxyl group and the addition reaction of amino group and isocyanate, in the functionalized polysiloxane derivative A containing amino group Disulfide bonds and multiple hydrogen bonds were introduced to obtain polysiloxane derivatives C containing disulfide bonds and multiple hydrogen bonds; MXenesE was modified with carboxyl-containing citrulline D through esterification to obtain amide bonds containing MXenesE. To modify MXenesF, the polysiloxane derivative C containing disulfide bonds and multiple hydrogen bonds and the modified MXenesF containing amide bonds were compounded to obtain MXene-based conductive silicone elastomers. It has efficient room temperature self-healing ability, excellent mechanical properties, excellent electrical conductivity and sensitive sensing ability. It can be applied to applications in flexible sensing, electronic skin, wearable electronics and soft robotics. |
