abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of micro-nano processing, in particular to a method for preparing a large-scale array of two-dimensional precious metal micro-nano patterns. The method prepares thin films by spin-coating a solution of polyethylene oxide- b -poly2-vinylpyridine (PEO- b -P2VP). Using PDMS soft template hot pressing film, changing the hot pressing temperature and hot pressing pressure can obtain crystalline pattern arrays with different widths. The size and position of the crystalline pattern array can be regulated by selective "melting+dissolution". Finally, a suitable precursor is selected to undergo a complex reaction with P2VP to obtain a precious metal pattern array. The construction method of the present invention realizes the regulation of the size and position of the precious metal pattern on the micro-nano scale. The constructed noble metal pattern array has good electrical conductivity, which is expected to expand its applications in sensors, energy and other fields. |
