abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of a catalytic hydrogenation catalyst based on double-network graphene hydrogel, which comprises the steps of preparing aminated graphene, simultaneously reacting the surface of the aminated graphene with acyl chloride dopamine and 5-hexenoyl chloride, chelating palladium chloride to obtain graphene with palladium ions and double bonds on the surface, polymerizing the graphene, acrylic acid and acrylamide to obtain a first layer of hydrogel network, soaking the first layer of hydrogel network in a sodium alginate aqueous solution to form a second layer of hydrogel network, and reducing the second layer of hydrogel network by using sodium borohydride to obtain the catalyst. Palladium chloride is chelated with acyl chloride dopamine, double bonds in graphene with palladium ions and double bonds on the surface can be subjected to alkene reaction with double bonds in acrylic acid and acrylamide, the graphene provides adsorption sites, sodium alginate and sodium polyacrylate have hydrophilic groups and can adsorb phenol, palladium performs catalytic hydrogenation on the phenol to convert the phenol into cyclohexanone, and the cyclohexanone is hydrophobic and can be removed from pores of hydrogel to promote the forward process of the catalytic hydrogenation. |
