titleOfInvention | A method for preparing cartilage tissue engineering scaffold with human umbilical cord Wharton glue and cartilage tissue engineering scaffold |
abstract | The invention provides a method for preparing a cartilage tissue engineering scaffold by using human umbilical cord Wharton glue and a cartilage tissue engineering scaffold. The method for preparing a cartilage tissue engineering scaffold with human umbilical cord Wharton's glue includes the following steps: (1) collection and pretreatment of umbilical cord samples; (2) preparation of Wharton's glue tissue block; (3) Wharton's glue tissue block Freeze-thaw; (4) chemical decellularization of Wharton's jelly tissue blocks; (5) freeze-drying of Wharton's jelly tissue blocks. The scaffold prepared by the invention can retain the extracellular matrix components of Wharton's jelly to the greatest extent, especially the related proteins that promote cartilage differentiation, and the original structural characteristics, and at the same time effectively remove the cell components. Wharton's glue acellular scaffolds are loose and porous, have good biocompatibility, conform to the law of biodegradation, and are highly similar in structure and composition to the extracellular matrix of cartilage, providing a new material system for the construction of cartilage tissue engineering scaffolds. |
