titleOfInvention Application of the petroleum ether part of Qin Yerong in the preparation of drugs for the prevention or treatment of liver cancer
abstract The invention discloses the application of the petroleum ether part of Qin Yerong in the preparation of medicines for preventing or treating liver cancer. The results of in vitro and in vivo studies show that the petroleum ether part of Qin Yerong has a good anti-liver cancer cell proliferation effect in the in vitro experiment, and can induce liver cancer at the same time. The occurrence of apoptosis; the petroleum ether part of Qin Yerong showed a good tumor inhibition effect in vivo experiments, and there was no significant difference in the tumor inhibition rate with 20mg/kg sorafenib. Its mechanism of action may be similar to that of Wnt/β ‑catenin, JAK/STAT, NF‑kB pathway regulation. It shows that the petroleum ether part of Qin Yerong has good anti-cancer activity, and has high research value and development potential in terms of anti-cancer activity.
