titleOfInvention Indole derivative-silver composite nanoparticles and preparation method thereof and application as antibacterial material
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of biochemical industry, and provides indole derivative-silver composite nanoparticles, a preparation method thereof, and an application as a bacteriostatic material. The indole derivative is nitroindole or tryptophan, wherein nitroindole is n -NI, n =4,5,6,7; tryptophan is Try. The composite nanoparticles are composite nanoparticles obtained by compounding the indole derivatives and Ag in the presence of a non-ionic surfactant and NaBH 4 , and the composite nanoparticles have a particle size range of 5-20 nm. The indole derivatives are compounded with silver to obtain composite nanoparticles. The indole derivatives can slow down the aggregation of Ag NPs to form nanoparticles with smaller particle size, and their antibacterial properties are significantly improved. The prepared indole derivative-silver composite nanoparticles have good dispersion of nanoparticles, uniform particle size, simple preparation method and easy storage. Not only can it effectively inhibit bacteria, but it is difficult for bacteria to develop resistance to it.
