The invention discloses culture soil for improving the survival rate of camellia oleifera seedlings, belongs to the technical field of camellia oleifera cultivation and planting, and comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-55 parts of peat soil, 15-20 parts of perlite, 10-20 parts of bean pulp, 3-7 parts of sawdust, 18-22 parts of oil tea fruit shell, 10-13 parts of coconut husk, 20-23 parts of pig manure, 0.2-0.4 part of cellulase, 2-4 parts of antibacterial particles, 1-3 parts of water-retaining agent and 0.3-0.5 part of fermentation strain; the invention also discloses a preparation method of the culture soil, which comprises the steps of fermenting the plant shells, mixing the plant shells with other raw materials, and adding antibacterial particles and a water-retaining agent into the culture soil besides conventional additives, so that the culture soil prepared by the invention can effectively promote the rooting of the camellia oleifera seedlings, efficiently carry out photosynthesis and improve the survival rate of the seedlings. |
