The first carrier transport portion includes a first semiconductor layer of a first conductivity type and a first carrier introduction layer in a state of being stacked in a direction from the light absorbing layer toward the first electrode. The first carrier introduction layer is in contact with the surface of the first semiconductor layer on the first electrode side. The ionization potential in the first carrier introduction layer is smaller than the electron affinity in the first semiconductor layer. |
