The present invention provides a technique for rapidly and efficiently screening target cells producing a target substance specifically binding to a desired cell membrane protein, which includes the following: providing a substrate 1 having a plurality of micropores 2 . A first cell 3 expressing the target cell membrane protein on the cell surface is attached to each microwell 2 . Into each microwell 2, introduce one or two candidate second cells 5 as target cells, make them coexist with the first cells 3 in the microwells 2, and cause the target substance 6 secreted by the second cells 5 to interact with the first cells 3 contacts. The microwells 2 containing the first cells 3 bound with the target substance 6 are selected. From the selected wells 2, second cells 5, which are target cells, are recovered. Antibody can be mentioned as the target substance 6 . Labeling substances 7 can also be added for visualization. |
