titleOfInvention A flat-tube solid oxide electrolytic cell, a device for producing hydrogen by electrolysis of seawater, and a process for producing hydrogen by electrolysis
abstract The invention provides a flat-tube type solid oxide electrolytic cell, comprising a first electrolyte layer, a first active anode layer, an anode support body, a second active anode layer, a second electrolyte layer, a barrier layer, and a cathode layer that are contacted in sequence , a buffer layer and a metal conductive layer; the anode support body is provided with a through channel parallel to the stacking direction. The invention adopts a solid oxide electrolytic cell with a unique structure to directly electrolyze the natural seawater without any treatment at high temperature, heat and evaporate the seawater, use hydrogen as the carrier gas, and carry different amounts of water vapor for electrolysis at a high temperature of 750°C . On the one hand, most of the impurities in seawater can be separated from the electrolytic cell to slow down or avoid the adverse effects of sea salt on the electrolytic cell; on the other hand, electrolysis at high temperature can achieve higher electrical/chemical energy conversion efficiency. The invention also provides an electrolysis seawater hydrogen production device and a process for electrolysis hydrogen production.
