The invention discloses a camel bone antioxidant polypeptide. The weight average molecular weight of the camel bone antioxidant polypeptide is 500-6000 g/mol, and the hydrophobic amino acid content is 40-70%. The camel bone antioxidant polypeptide provided by the invention has low molecular weight, high content of hydrophobic amino acids, good antioxidant activity, and its DPPH free radical scavenging activity is greater than or equal to 30% and Fe 2+ chelating activity is greater than or equal to 90%. At the same time, the preparation method of the above-mentioned camel bone antioxidant polypeptide provided by the present invention uses fresh camel bone as a raw material, and through a mild enzymatic hydrolysis process, a polypeptide with high polypeptide purity and good transparency can be obtained, and its protein content is ≥ 85% and fat content is ≤ 0.4%, ash content ≤ 2%.
