titleOfInvention A Continuous Flow Device for Catalytic Ozone Oxidation with Multistage Membrane Modules
abstract A continuous flow device for catalytic ozone oxidation of multi-stage membrane components relates to the field of advanced oxidation water treatment. The invention aims to solve the problems that single ozone has low treatment efficiency for refractory organic matter and the catalyst is difficult to recover in the existing water treatment device. The device includes an ozone water generation tank, a mixer, a pressure gauge-flat membrane unit and a tail gas absorption device. The top cover of the ozone water generation tank is provided with a water inlet pipe, an air inlet pipe, an air outlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, wherein the air outlet of the air inlet pipe is connected to the aeration pipe. The plates are connected, and the air outlet of the aeration plate is close to the bottom of the ozone water generating tank. The invention utilizes the transition state metal heterogeneous catalyzed ozone oxidation of the membrane itself, utilizes the alkaline buffer property of the membrane itself, provides an alkaline environment in the membrane pores, accelerates ozone decomposition to generate free radicals, and catalyzes the ozone oxidation of organic pollutants. The principle of the invention is simple and easy to operate, and can be used as a pretreatment or advanced treatment process. The device of the invention can be used in the field of drinking water and waste water treatment.
