The invention discloses a starch-based polyacrylic acid magnetic adsorption material and a preparation method and application thereof. Fe 3 O 4 magnetic micro-nano particles are prepared by a co-precipitation method, and Fe 3 O 4 magnetic micro-nano particles are modified to obtain modified magnetic particles. Fe 3 O 4 micro-nano particles; the pretreated starch base material, acrylic monomer, tetrahydrofuran, initiator and divinylbenzene are mixed and reacted under vacuum to obtain starch base material; the modified Fe 3 O 4. Micro-nano particles, starch base material and polyacrylic acid are mixed and reacted to obtain starch-based polyacrylic acid magnetic adsorption material; the preparation process of the present invention is simple, the reagents used are all common drugs that can be purchased on the market, and the cost is low and the operability is strong.
