The invention relates to a formaldehyde-free high-wear-resistance child anti-slip cotton sock which comprises a rib top, a sock leg, a sock heel, a sock toe and a sock surface located in the middle section, wherein the rib top is formed by weaving modal fibers coated with diene elastic fibers, the sock leg and the sock surface are formed by blending and weaving four-pipeline heterogeneous polyester fibers and silk fibroin modified cotton fibers into a multi-layer mesh air-permeable structure, the sock heel and the sock toe are formed by blending and weaving silk fibroin modified cotton fibers and polyester fibers, an anti-collision layer is sewn on the surface of the sock toe, and anti-slip massage convex points are glued to the bottom of the sock surface. The silk fibroin modified cotton fiber and fiber blended knitting sock heel and sock head have the wear resistance of more than 20000 turns, and active groups are introduced on the surface of the cotton fiber by using a silicon coupling agent KH792 and selective oxidation modified chitosan, so that the dyeing rate is improved and is more than 95%. |
