abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-stability silver nanowire patterned conductive film. The method includes: first, patterning the photoresist on the silver nanowire conductive film, then using a semiconductor oxide film to reinforce the silver nanowire network that is not covered by the photoresist, and finally making the patterned photoresist by ultrasound. The bottom silver nanowires are adhered and the substrate is peeled off together, so as to realize the patterning of the conductive film of silver nanowires. The invention has simple manufacturing process and low cost, can easily realize a high-resolution patterned silver nanowire conductive film, and can enhance the oxidation resistance of the silver nanowire and the adhesion on the substrate at the same time. |
