titleOfInvention Method and preparation device for continuous preparation of plant fiber pulp by using subcritical fluid
abstract The method and preparation device for continuously preparing plant fiber pulp by using subcritical fluid, the original plant fiber obtained by grinding and the subcritical fluid are put into a mixer and mixed, and the mixed slurry is under the action of pressure, through the first The pipeline enters the oil kettle. The first pipeline is in a spiral state (ie, a spiral tube) in the oil kettle. The oil kettle is filled with heat-conducting oil, and the heat-conducting oil wraps the spiral tube. The slurry is continuously reacted for 2-3 hours under the condition that the inner pressure of the spiral tube is 1.0MPa~20MPa and the external temperature is 97℃~300℃ to obtain the plant fiber pulp, the working pressure of the plant fiber pulp is reduced to normal pressure and distilled, and the volatilization is collected. The subcritical fluid in the gaseous state is obtained, and the distilled plant fiber pulp is separated to obtain plant cellulose. The method and the preparation device adopted in the present invention enable the lignin to be separated cleanly, subvert the traditional concept of pulp preparation, change the traditional acid-base cooking process for pulp preparation, and avoid the pollution of the paper industry to the environment.
