titleOfInvention Rubber-based composite material for preventing electromagnetic interference and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a rubber-based composite material for preventing electromagnetic interference, which comprises 100-120 parts of silicone rubber, 20-40 parts of polyaniline, 15-30 parts of modified carbonyl iron powder, 5-10 parts of modified graphite whisker, 2-8 parts of sodium stearate and 0.6-0.8 part of ammonium persulfate; the invention also discloses a preparation method of the rubber-based composite material for preventing electromagnetic interference, which comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly wrapping the silicone rubber in a double-roller open mill, adding ammonium persulfate, polyaniline, modified carbonyl iron powder, modified graphite whiskers and sodium stearate, and mixing to obtain a rubber material; (2) placing the rubber material at room temperature, and placing the rubber material in a mixing roll for back mixing to obtain a back-mixed rubber material; (3) putting the remilled rubber material into a vulcanizing machine for vulcanization to obtain a section of vulcanized silicone rubber; (4) and (3) placing a section of vulcanized silicone rubber in a drying box, standing at a high temperature, then placing in a vulcanizing machine for vulcanization, and cooling at normal temperature to obtain the rubber-based composite material for preventing electromagnetic interference.
