titleOfInvention | Polycarbonate diol and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of fine chemicals, in particular to a polycarbonate diol and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the polycarbonate diol includes the following steps: mixing polyol, carbonate and sodium alkoxide catalysts, carrying out a transesterification polycondensation reaction to obtain a product intermediate; mixing the product intermediate and an acidic reagent, heating at 160° C. The reaction is carried out at an ambient temperature of ~200° C., and then pressure-filtered at an ambient temperature of not less than 100° C. to remove the solid; the acidic reagent is selected from an aqueous phosphoric acid solution or an aqueous hydrochloric acid solution. The preparation method of the invention is simple to operate, convenient, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, greatly reduces labor and material costs in industrial production, saves production costs, and has better catalyst removal effect. The catalyst content is low. |
