abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a catalyst for producing rubber oil from medium-low temperature coal tar pitch, which comprises the following steps: firstly, adding an active metal precursor, an alumina precursor, a molecular sieve and agate balls into a ball milling tank according to a stoichiometric ratio, and carrying out ball milling for 1 hour to obtain a viscous mixture; secondly, drying the viscous mixture obtained in the first step in a drying oven at 110 ℃ for 6 hours, and roasting at 550 ℃ for 4 hours to obtain an oxidation state catalyst; thirdly, placing the oxidation state catalyst obtained in the second step into a vulcanizing agent to be dipped for 12 hours, and then drying the catalyst for 3 hours at 90 ℃ to obtain a pre-sulfide; and (3) placing the pre-sulfide obtained in the third step into a high-pressure kettle for activation treatment to obtain the catalyst for preparing the rubber oil from the medium-low temperature coal tar pitch. The method completes carrier compounding and active metal loading through one-time feeding, and has no pre-sulfur waste liquid. The catalyst has high activity, controllable pore passage and adjustable acidity, and has good application prospect in the aspect of medium and low temperature coal pitch hydrogenation. |
