According to the device, the gasifier is designed into a Venturi tube structure, and the raw materials are quickly mixed and gasified by utilizing a high gas flow speed and local negative pressure region formed by fluid at the throat part of the Venturi tube, so that the problem that the operation stability of the device is influenced due to thermal polymerization when the raw materials are heated and gasified for a long time is avoided, and the caprolactam gasification rate is high; the selection of the structure of the Venturi tube of the gasifier can effectively strengthen the effects of fluid mixing and gasification, ensure the uniform mixing of reactants and improve the conversion rate of raw materials and the selectivity of products; the device has simple structure and process and high production efficiency, and is beneficial to realizing industrial production.
