abstract | The invention relates to a high-pressure mechanical sealing device for a ferrochrome alkaline oxidation reaction kettle, which is rotationally sealed on a rotating shaft of the reaction kettle and comprises a cooling flange seat, wherein the cooling flange seat is sleeved at the bottom of the rotating shaft, is fixed above a kettle mouth flange of the reaction kettle and is used for blocking heat transferred upwards by the reaction kettle; the medium end static ring seat is fixed at the top of the cooling flange seat; the double-end-face mechanical sealing part is arranged at the top of the medium-end static ring seat through a sealing seat; an atmosphere end static ring seat is fixed at the top of the sealing seat, and a sealing cavity is formed inside the atmosphere end static ring seat, the sealing seat, the double-end mechanical sealing part and the medium end static ring seat; the first port of the balancing tank is connected to the reaction kettle through a pipeline, the second port of the balancing tank is connected with the sealing liquid inlet of the sealing cavity through a pipeline, and the third port of the balancing tank is connected with the sealing liquid outlet of the sealing cavity through a pipeline, so that the pressure balance in the reaction kettle, the balancing tank and the sealing cavity is kept. The balance tank is communicated with the inside of the kettle and the inside of the mechanical seal, so that the internal pressure of the double end faces of the mechanical seal is ensured to be consistent with the internal pressure of the reaction kettle, and the seal life is prolonged. |
