abstract | The invention discloses a method for judging the performance stability of casting powder in the casting process of rare earth steel, which comprises the steps of taking a proper amount of slag samples of the casting powder on the liquid level of steel in a crystallizer in the casting process of rare earth steel and non-rare earth steel, grinding, enabling the powder granularity to reach 200 meshes, blending the ground powder with anhydrous alcohol to prepare a standard sample with phi 3mm multiplied by 3mm, placing the standard sample into a 200 ℃ oven for 2 hours, and detecting the melting performance of the two slag samples by using a high-temperature physical property tester; respectively taking slag samples of the covering slag on the liquid level of the steel, putting the slag samples into a crucible, and carrying out viscosity detection on the two slag samples at 1350 ℃ by using a melt physical property comprehensive tester; and (3) comparing and analyzing the melting performance and the change of the viscosity value of the covering slag on the molten steel level in the crystallizer in the casting process of the rare earth steel and the non-rare earth steel. The invention provides a method for accurately judging whether the performance of the casting powder is stable in the casting process of rare earth steel. Has important guiding function for the continuous casting production of the rare earth steel. |
