The white oil remover for aluminum substrates of the present invention comprises the following components by weight: 8-11% of inorganic alkaline substances, 14-18% of organic bases, 1.7-2.3% of surfactants, 0.9-1.2% of penetrants, 10-13% of corrosion inhibitor, 2-4% of chelating agent and 2-3% of dispersant; the inorganic alkaline substance comprises potassium hydroxide and sodium carbonate, and the weight ratio of the potassium hydroxide and sodium carbonate is 6~3% 8: 2 to 3; the organic base comprises at least one of triethanolamine and diethanolamine and hydrazine hydrate, and the weight ratio of at least one of the triethanolamine and diethanolamine to hydrazine hydrate is 12 to 15: 2 to 3. The use of the aluminum substrate white oil remover of the present invention can not only remove the white oil, but also has less corrosion to the aluminum substrate, and the cleaned aluminum substrate can be reused. |
