titleOfInvention A stretchable conductive hydrogel with high water retention and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a stretchable conductive hydrogel with high water retention and a preparation method thereof. On the basis of polyacrylamide-acrylic acid as the first heavy network, the hydrogel introduces carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose to form a second heavy network, and introduces metal ions, and the metal ions interact with cellulose and polyacrylamide acrylic acid. The carboxyl groups on both molecular chains can undergo ionic cross-linking. The introduction of carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose will greatly increase the density of hydroxyl groups in the system, thereby establishing a stable hydrogen bond network. Moreover, the introduced carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose can act as a second network, which can effectively dissipate the energy during stretching. The hydrogel prepared by the invention has excellent electrical conductivity and tensile properties, the electrical conductivity is as high as 3.0S/m, the elongation at break can reach 1500%, and has excellent water retention performance (>70%). The invention has simple technological process, short preparation period and wide application range, and can be widely used in flexible electronic devices such as flexible strain sensors.
