abstract | The invention relates to the field of liquor year prediction, in particular to a method for predicting liquor storage years, which realizes rapid and accurate prediction of the liquor storage years. The method for predicting the storage years of the white spirit comprises the following steps: acquiring volatile flavor component fingerprint spectrums of white spirit in different storage time by adopting GC-MS; then screening out modeling characteristics from the fingerprint spectrum through extreme random forest regression and sklern characteristics; establishing a prediction model by taking the modeling characteristics as the characteristics of the XGboost regression model; and finally, predicting the storage year of the white spirit by a prediction model. The method is suitable for quickly and accurately predicting the storage year of the white spirit. |
