abstract | The invention discloses a method for detecting heavy metal ions by combining a colorimetric array microfluidic paper chip with a smart phone, and belongs to the technical field of analysis and detection. The present invention screens suitable complexing reagents (TMK, PAR, BCP, CDI, XO, DPC) to form an array, embeds the complexing array in a paper-based microfluidic chip, and constructs a microfluidic paper chip to detect Hg 2+ , Cd 2+ , Pb 2+ and Cu 2+ these four heavy metal ions, and then use ordinary smart phones to take pictures combined with RGB (red, green and blue) standardized color system to achieve signal acquisition and data analysis, and use LDA to detect heavy metal ions. The standard solution (training set) is used to establish a database and model, and the discriminative ability of the array for heavy metal ions in the actual water sample is compared with the database and model, which can realize the off-line rapid identification of the presence or absence of heavy metal ions. |
