titleOfInvention | Tea tree orphan gene CsOG3 and application thereof in improving cold resistance of tea trees |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of genetic engineering, and discloses a tea tree orphan gene CsOG3 and application thereof in improving cold resistance of tea trees. The nucleotide sequence of the tea tree orphan gene CsOG3 is shown as SEQ ID NO.1 in the sequence table; the amino acid sequence of the protein coded by the tea tree orphan gene CsOG3 is shown as SEQ ID NO.2 in the sequence table. In the invention, the molecular mechanism of the tea tree orphan CsOG3 participating in response to low temperature stress is cloned and verified for the first time, and a recombinant plasmid, a transgenic engineering bacterium and a transgenic plant containing the CsOG3 gene are also provided. The invention enriches the molecular regulation mechanism theory of tea trees for coping with low-temperature stress, provides important target genes and reference foundation for resistance breeding of tea trees, and has great application value. |
