The present application relates to the field of mattress materials, and specifically discloses a mattress with deodorant and moisture permeability and a preparation method thereof. A mattress with deodorizing and moisture-permeable effects, which is made from raw materials comprising the following parts by weight: 20-50 parts of latex, 5-15 parts of polyisoprene, 10-20 parts of rosin resin emulsion, and 2-parts of titanium dioxide phosphate 7 parts, 8-15 parts of glass fiber, 20-30 parts of coconut palm silk, 2-6 parts of cotton fiber, 1-5 parts of foaming agent, 2-6 parts of thickener, 1-4 parts of vulcanization accelerator aqueous solution, 2-10 parts of a purifying agent; the preparation method is as follows: mixing latex, polyisoprene and rosin resin emulsion, then mixing other raw materials, mixing evenly, drying and shaping. A mattress with deodorizing and moisture-permeable effect of the present application has the advantage of enhancing the odor-removing and moisture-permeable effect of the mattress through the synergistic effect between raw materials. |
