The composite hydrogel includes silk protein solution, silver nanoparticles, and aloe vera gel. The specific preparation method is: mixing the silk protein solution, Ag+ solution, and aloe vera gel to obtain a mixed solution; then performing photochemical reaction on the mixed solution to obtain a composite water gel gel. The composite hydrogel provided by the present invention can significantly promote the formation of new blood vessels through histological observation of wounds, and in histological analysis, the composite hydrogel induces a weaker immune response and enhances the formation of new blood vessels; biochemical The results show that the hydrogel can up-regulate the expression levels of TGF-β, EGF, and VEGF, and will serve as a very promising wound dressing to solve future clinical problems. |
