The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of precious metals and semiconductor heterogeneous materials, and in particular relates to an Ag-AgX nanowire and a preparation method thereof. Agent B (or halide salt) is mixed and dissolved in water, stirred evenly, and then heated and reacted for a certain period of time; (2) the reaction solution obtained by the reaction is subjected to centrifugal washing to obtain a product. The invention prepares Ag-AgX uniform size nanowires with simple and adjustable anions through a one-step hydrothermal method, and the method has simple operation process, low cost, good repeatability and strong practicability; and also provides uniform size synthesized by the preparation method. The one-dimensional Ag-AgX nanowire or nanorod has potential application value in the fields of catalysis, photocatalysis, biosensing detection, and electronic devices. |
