The application relates to the technical field of household water boiling, and particularly discloses a water boiling device and a control method thereof, wherein the water boiling device comprises a water container, and the water container comprises a water inlet and a water outlet; the heating assembly can heat the water in the water container; the input end of the filtering component and the input end of the single-channel desalting component are communicated with the inside of the water container through the water outlet, and the output end of the filtering component and the output end of the single-channel desalting component are communicated with the inside of the water container through the water inlet; a circulation pump capable of driving water in the water container to flow to the water inlet through the filter assembly and/or the single channel desalination assembly. Due to the fact that the filtering component filters water and/or the single-channel desalination component desalts the water, the water boiling device is not prone to scale generation after water boiling. |
