titleOfInvention Multi-parameter quantitative testing system and method for tissue attributes
abstract Provided in the present application is a multi-parameter quantitative testing system for tissue properties and a method thereof, and a scanning module for scanning a subject based on a preset sequence, wherein the preset sequence includes an inversion recovery preparation IR pulse, a T 2 preparing pulses and a series of excitation pulses; an acquisition module for acquiring single gradient echo data and multiple gradient echo data during the scanning process, wherein the single gradient echo data and the multiple gradient echo data include Sampling spokes; reconstruction module for reconstructing based on the sampling spokes corresponding to different T 2 prep pulses T 2 prep and different inversion moments TI in the single gradient echo data to obtain a plurality of first weighted images including T 2 and T 1 , and reconstruct multiple second weighted images of T 2 * based on the sampling spokes corresponding to different acquisition moments TE in the multi-gradient echo data; the fitting module is used for fitting based on the first weighted images to obtain T2 value and T1 value of the tissue, and fit based on the second weighted image to obtain the T2* value of the tissue.
