The invention discloses a mud-rock round gravel composite stratum mud-water balance shield slurry additive selecting and proportioning method, a proportioning method and a simulation device. The mud mainly comprises bentonite, water and an additive, wherein the expansion water ratio is 0.15: 1-0.3: 1, and the concentration range of potassium methylsilicate is 4.1-7.5%. The determination method is scientific and has high feasibility. The simulation device comprises a circulation system, a tunneling system and a pressurizing system, wherein the tunneling system mainly comprises an air cylinder, a motor, a speed reducer, a cutter head and an organic glass cylinder; the pressurizing system mainly comprises an air compressor and an oil-water separator; the circulating system mainly comprises a slurry storage pool and a slurry pump. The device can control different stratum conditions, change the grouting pressure, the grouting speed, the mud additive and other basic performance parameters of the determined mud, solve the actual problems on site, and can more intuitively observe the formation of the mud film and the quality of the mud film. |
