abstract The invention relates to a method for catalyzing and synthesizing (R)-1-[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)]phenethyl alcohol by a photoenzyme system, and combining [Cp*Rh(bpy)(H 2 O)] 2+ catalytic regeneration NADPH, the NADPH that generates is used for catalytic synthesis (R)-1-[3,5-two (trifluoromethyl)] phenethyl alcohol. The method of the invention has low cost, uses TiO 2 nanotubes to photolyze water for hydrogen supply, the enzyme used is a cross-linked enzyme aggregate, is insoluble in organic solvents, can be recycled for many times, has high yield, is safe and reliable, and has less environmental pollution, and is suitable for in industrial production.
